IZO-Form s.r.o. is engaged in the production of transport and storage EPP boxes (expanded polypropylene), EPS boxes (polystyrene) and moulds mainly for the automotive industry.
We offer a complete service from custom design, development, mold design and production to box molding. Our young, but highly experienced team of employees offers customers a flexible approach in solving individual orders within a very short lead time.

Design and development of moulds
We have our own design department where we are able to design accurate 3D models and adapt them to customer requirements during the development phase.
On request, we will make a prototype of the product on which the customer can see and test the functionality of the final product and incorporate his comments.
Machining
Při výrobě forem je nutná přesnost a preciznost. Pro tyto účely používáme přesné obráběcí CNC stroje, kde je zajištěna vysoká kvalita a přesnost výsledného výrobku. Naši zkušení programátoři CNC mají k dispozici přesný nástroj pro výrobu a zákazník má jistotu, že konečný výrobek bude odpovídat návrhu a dosáhne tak vysokého standardu kvality, který je dnes vyžadován.
Accuracy and precision are necessary in the production of moulds. For this purpose, we use precision CNC machine tools where high quality and accuracy of the final product is ensured. Our experienced CNC programmers have the precision tooling for production and the customer is assured that the final product will match the design, achieving the high standard of quality required today.
Locksmith works
An integral part of the mould production is the locksmith works. Our locksmiths and toolmakers carry out the final assembly and assembly of the product.
