Development of moulds for EPP and EPS moulding

The basis for success is the quality preparation and design of moulds for production of transport boxes from EPP and EPS boxes. We have our own design department. We are not dependent on any external assistance, we do not outsource the production and design of moulds outside IZO-Form s.r.o. We provide everything by our own means.

Our work is backed by many years of experience in mould design. We understand our work and we are able to prepare a mould for the customer that will fully meet all requirements and will have high functionality and reliability. We guarantee that there will be no problems with the mould during its deployment in regular serial production.

3D mould designs for EPP and EPS shipping boxes and packaging materials

For precise structural design and mould preparation for production, our in-house design department is able to design accurate 3D structural models of EPS and EPP packaging moulds. The 3D mould design models can be easily adapted to customer requirements and needs during the development phase.

This is the stage when it is cheapest to enter and change the mould design. A model is created that is used to produce a prototype mould on which prototype parts can be produced - shipping boxes that the customer can test directly during the logistics process and see how they perform during mass production.

Modifications and changes to forms

In the event of further requirements for improved functionality or changes to parameters, it is possible to return to the 3D model at any time and make changes and simulations on the computer in a CAD program. We can thus react quickly and flexibly to any customer requirements and quickly meet their demands for quality EPS and EPP shipping boxes and packaging materials.

The preparation of 3D models significantly reduces the cost and speeds up the entire process of developing and constructing moulds for EPP and EPS moulding.
